Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions
TropMod sells digital products including premium listings, subscriptions, and digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase — if you were charged twice for the same product, we refund the duplicate in full.
- Service not delivered — if a premium listing or subscription feature was not activated within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund.
- Material misrepresentation — if the product differs materially from its description on our site, you may request a refund within 14 days.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
For annual subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining months.
3. Marketplace Purchases
For products sold through the TropMod marketplace by third-party sellers, refund eligibility is determined by the seller's individual policy. TropMod will facilitate communication between buyer and seller. If a seller fails to deliver or deliverables are materially different from described, TropMod may issue a refund at its discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to us-ops@oracullarai.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date and amount of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Order or transaction reference (if available)
5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Timing depends on your payment method and financial institution. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. Please contact us first — we will work to resolve any issue.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to a refund for faulty goods or services as required by law in your jurisdiction.
